How we help

One team, everything handled.

Health, daily help, and emergencies β€” the three things families juggle from a distance. Here is exactly what we do for each, who does it, and what you see at every step.

Pillar 1 Β· Health Watch

Small problems, caught early

Most health scares start as something small: a missed tablet, blood pressure creeping up, a cough nobody mentions on the Sunday call. Health Watch exists to catch those early.

  • βœ“What happens: a daily wellness call, vitals checked and logged on every visit, medicine reminders, and doctor video consultations arranged when needed.
  • βœ“Who does it: your Care Manager β€” a trained health coordinator β€” with our partner doctors at Manipal and Narayana hospitals.
  • βœ“How fast: a doctor video consultation the same day. A doctor home visit the next day, or sooner if it cannot wait.
  • βœ“What you see: a short update after every call and visit, and a weekly summary of vitals β€” in plain words, not medical codes.
Health update

"Papa's evening reading was 150/92, a little high. Dr. Meena will video-call him at 6 PM today. I will stay on the call and send you her advice."

Pillar 2 Β· Help at Home

A familiar face, not a stranger

Your parents get the same one or two caregivers every week β€” someone they come to know by name, who knows how Amma takes her coffee and which chemist Papa prefers.

  • βœ“What happens: company and conversation, help with meals, light housework, errands, prescription pickups, and accompanied outings β€” the temple, the bank, a walk in the park.
  • βœ“Who does it: caregivers trained for six weeks in our own academy, background-verified, and introduced to your parents in person before the first visit.
  • βœ“How fast: visits run on a fixed weekly schedule your parents choose. Extra hours can usually be arranged within 24 hours.
  • βœ“What you see: a short note after every visit β€” what they did together, how your parents seemed, anything worth knowing.

What a visit looks like

  • On arrival

The caregiver greets your parents, checks in on how they slept and whether medicines were taken.

  • During the visit

Whatever the day needs: a shared breakfast, a walk, the vegetable shopping, sorting the medicine box for the week.

  • Before leaving

A quick tidy-up, tomorrow's plan agreed with your parents, and the visit note sent to your family.

Pillar 3 Β· Emergency Ready

When it matters, we are already moving

Every home we care for has an SOS button by the bedside and one on a pendant. Your parents press it once. Everything after that is our job β€” and you are told immediately, not after the fact.

The response plan for your parents β€” their conditions, medicines, preferred hospital, and door access β€” is written down before it is ever needed, so nobody wastes minutes asking questions.

What happens when SOS is pressed

  • Within 90 seconds

A Care Manager is on the line with your parents, on the speaker built into the SOS unit.

  • Within 15 minutes

An ambulance is at the door if one is needed. The hospital is told who is coming and what their history is.

  • At the same time

You get a call β€” not a text β€” telling you what happened and what is being done.

  • At the hospital

Your Care Manager meets the ambulance, handles admission, and stays with your parents until things are settled.

  • Afterwards

You get a written summary, the doctor's advice, and a follow-up plan β€” so nothing is left hanging.

Behind the scenes

A day with your Care Manager

Here is a real Tuesday for Radha, a Care Manager looking after twelve families in Indiranagar β€” including Mrs. Rao, 76, whose son lives in Seattle.

  • 7:30 AM

Morning check of the overnight log

Radha reviews sensor alerts and any overnight calls from her families. All quiet β€” she flags one late medicine reminder to follow up.

  • 8:40 AM

    Wellness calls begin

Short calls to each home. Mrs. Rao mentions her knee is stiff again. Radha books a physiotherapy visit for Thursday.

  • 10:15 AM

    Caregiver visit, Mrs. Rao's flat

Lakshmi, Mrs. Rao's regular caregiver, arrives for her scheduled visit: breakfast together, blood pressure check, and the week's vegetable shopping.

  • 12:30 PM

    Doctor coordination

Radha sits in on a video consultation for another family, takes notes, and arranges the prescription delivery before lunch.

  • 3:00 PM

    Home visit

A monthly in-person visit to a new family in Domlur β€” checking the grab rails she ordered were fitted properly.

  • 6:05 PM

    Updates go out

Every family gets its note for the day. Mrs. Rao's son reads his over morning coffee in Seattle: knee stiff, physio booked, spirits good.

  • 9:00 PM

    Handover to the night team

Radha hands over to the 24Γ—7 emergency desk. If any SOS button is pressed tonight, they answer within 90 seconds.

Choose the plan that fits your family

All three pillars are included in every plan β€” the plans differ only in how many caregiver hours and visits your parents get.
